In most digital transformation projects, change management shows up in the project plan. It is there, on paper. But in practice, it often comes down to a few announcement emails, a training session near the end of the project, and a user guide nobody reads.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Why? Because it gets treated as just another deliverable, rather than as a discipline that runs through the entire project, from day one through post-launch.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
