The true value of a project lies in its ability to transform behaviors, processes, and the culture of the organization. Change management is therefore not a secondary element. It has become an essential discipline at the heart of project governance. And the Project Management Office (PMO) is best placed to be its driving force and catalyst.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3335a3 e-con-full e-flex
